General Information

The Day Camps are three day programs with two sessions per day. The majority of the programs are co-ed and designed for beginner to advanced level athletes in middle school and high school. Two types of day camps are offered: individual skill training and team training. They are described here.

Individual Camp - Traditional Program This camp is designed specifically to stress proper fundamentals and techniques. Through this period of concentrated skill training, participants will see major improvements in their individual performances. Training is designed for beginner and intermediate skill levels. Athletes will be grouped accordingly.

Individual Camp - Premier Program
This program will incorporate a concentrated basic skill review with intensive positional training for setters, liberos, outside hitters and middle hitters. Athletes will be trained in each aspect of their specialties. The final day of training will focus on game application and scrimmages. This camp is designed for varsity and elite club players.

Team Camp
The team camp program is geared toward preparing a team for the upcoming season. It will stress all team functions and afford ample six on six scrimmages. A court coach will be assigned to actually train and prepare your team, allowing the high school coach to sit back and observe. Areas you can expect to cover are service reception, team offense, team defense, transition and much more. For maximum benefit, groups will be between 12-15 players. You are encouraged to bring your entire team. Every effort will be made to accommodate individuals who wish to attend the team camp.

Camp Tuition
Tuitions vary depending on the site and are listed next to each specific camp above. These prices are in effect up to one month prior to the start date of the specific camp. Registrations received after this date will incur a late charge of $20.

Bonuses and Discounts
