2004 China International Camp

On June 7, 2004, a group of 20 elite national caliber athletes traveled to Beijing and Shanghai, China for an intensive volleyball and cultural experience. The group competed and trained with top Chinese club, collegiate and junior teams.

It was an all inclusive trip that included sightseeing to the Temple of Heaven, Tiananmen Square, and the Forbidden City. They had a workout and took a run on the Great Wall. They also ventured to the Mongolian Grasslands for horseback riding and an authentic Mongolian barbecue.

They competed in a lot of volleyball and did very well considering some of the teams played were comparable to the top 10 Division 1 Collegiate teams in the U.S. . We look forward to our 2005 International trip so please stay tuned for upcoming dates and location.
