FAQ's


Each camper who registers will receive an Information Letter with details specific to the camp you will be attending. Here are answers to questions you may have before you register, and general information to supplement this letter.

How Do I Register?

We encourage you to sign-up online. Register as an individual or team by clicking on the button in the upper right hand corner of our website to complete our secure online registration.

You may also click HERE to download a registration form which can be mailed to our office. A separate registration form should be sent for each camp.

How Do I Pay?

Register online! Secure payments can be made via Credit Card or E-Check.

If a registration form is mailed, a minimum $50 deposit for each camp must be sent.

How Do I Know if I’m Confirmed for Camp?

Online registrants will receive an instant confirmation via email. Mailed applications will receive an emailed confirmation at least one week prior to camp. A detailed Information Letter will be attached to this email.

Are Any Discounts Offered?

If you register for a second camp, you will receive a $35.00 discount off the price of the second camp per individual per year.

Are There Any Incentives for Early Registration?

If you register by March 1, 2017 you will receive a FREE Baden volleyball and FREE T-shirt at camp.
If you register by June 1, 2017 you will receive a FREE T-shirt at camp.
Since enrollment is limited and camps do often fill up early, we encourage you to register as soon as possible.

What If I Owe a Balance?

If there is a balance due for your camp, you can pay it online through your Active account, or you can mail a check or money order payable to KMB, Inc. to the camp address listed above. Balances should be paid at least one month before the start of your camp.

NSF or Bounced Checks

There will be a $20 fee assessed for each check returned due to NSF.

What is Your Refund Policy?

Your camp fee, minus a $50 non-refundable processing deposit, will be refunded without question if you cancel before June 1st. If you cancel at any time after that date, you will receive a raincheck for a future camp minus the $50 processing deposit. Payments of deposits only serve as the processing fee and are not refundable. If no request for cancellation is made before the beginning of the first day of the chosen camp, no refunds will be given for any reason.

What Forms Must Be Filled Out and Signed Prior to Camp?

Online registrants will be asked to complete a Medical form and Waiver during the sign-up process and are not required to bring any forms to camp.
If you registered by mail, you must bring the Medical Authorization form with you on the first morning of camp. You can download a form HERE. This form does not require a Doctor’s signature.

Are Meals Provided?

Lunch is not provided for day campers. Meals are provided for overnight campers with the exception of the Lehigh Adult Weekend. More detailed information will be found in the letter you receive once you register for a specific camp.

How Can I Get Directions to Camp?

Can I Come and Watch My Camper?

Parents are welcome to observe any sessions. We encourage you to attend the final competition and awards presentation that takes place during the last two hours of the final session of camp.

How Are Training Groups Divided?

Athletes are grouped according to age and ability level during the first session of camp.

Who Can Attend Camp?

All of our camp programs abide by the NCAA rules. This camp is open to any and all entrants.
