FAQ's


Each camper who registers will receive an Information Letter with details specific to the camp you will be attending. Here are answers to questions you may have before you register, and general information to supplement this letter.

How Do I Register?

Register online by clicking on the button in the upper right had corner of our website to complete our secure online registration.

How Do I Pay?
Secure payments can be made online using a Visa or Master Card.

How Do I Know if I’m Confirmed for Camp?

Online registrants will receive an instant confirmation via email. Mailed applications will receive an emailed confirmation at least one week prior to camp. A detailed Information Letter will be attached to this email.

Are Any Discounts Offered?

If you register for a second camp, you will receive a $35.00 discount off the price of the second camp per individual per year.

Are There Any Incentives for Early Registration?

Early registration will ensure a spot in the program of your choice. All players who pre-register will receive a t-shirt at camp. 

What If I Owe a Balance?

If there is a balance due for your camp, you can pay it online through your Active account, or you can mail a check or money order payable to KMB, Inc. to the camp address listed above. Balances should be paid at least one month before the start of your camp.

NSF or Bounced Checks

There will be a $50 fee assessed for each check returned due to NSF.

What is Your Refund Policy?

Your camp fee, minus a $50 non-refundable processing fee, will be refunded without question if you cancel at least one month prior to the start date of the camp for which you registered. If you cancel within a month of your camp start date, you will receive a credit for a future camp minus the $50 processing fee. If no request for cancellation is made prior to the first day of camp, no refund will be given for any reason.

 

What Forms Must Be Filled Out and Signed Prior to Camp?

You will complete a Medical Form and Waiver during the online registration process and are not required to bring any forms to camp.

Are Meals Provided?

Lunch is not provided for day campers. More detailed information will be provided in the letter you receive once you register for a specific camp.

How Can I Get Directions to Camp?

Can I Come and Watch My Camper?

If federal, state and school regulations allow, parents are welcome to observe any sessions. We encourage you to attend the final competition and awards presentation that takes place during the last two hours of the final session of camp.

How Are Training Groups Divided?

Athletes are grouped according to age and ability level during the first session of camp.

Who Can Attend Camp?

All of our camp programs abide by the NCAA rules. This camp is open to any and all entrants.
